Next Steps

  • Pay in Full or Choose your payment plan and make your first payment to reserve your spot.

  • We will coordinate with you once registered to clarify preferred timing of additional payments for your plan (biweekly, monthly, etc).. Please note: Full payment should be completed no later than 1 month PRIOR to Ceremony date.

  • After registering, you'll receive an Intake Form via email. Please complete it within 1–3 days so we can assess whether this is the right Journey for you.

  • Once your form is submitted, we’ll review it within 3 days and notify you if you're approved or if we have additional questions.

Refund Policy

  • If you're not approved to attend, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • Once you're approved, refunds are not available for cancellations or no-shows.

  • You may transfer your spot to someone else, but they must be approved and able to complete onboarding at least 1 month prior to the retreat.

✈️ If number of participants reduces (below 5 participants) price per person will increase. This pricing assumes lodging and food is covered by participants.
