In Person Solo Sound Healing Session - Full Energy Body Healing, Assessment & Alignment In Person 90 Min. Guided Energy Body Alignment & Sound Healing Meditation - Gemstone Crystalline Sound Energy Guidance & Transmissions Energy Assessment Suggested Integration Work/ Next Steps A 90 minute one on one private sound energy healing session with Sound & Energy Healer Amy Anthony. Amy has been immersed in the Sacred Healing Arts for more than 25 years and has a passion for sharing these transformative tools, teachings, experiences & practices with others. Your session opens with hellos and mutual introductions. If you have an intention you can share it during this time. Amy will then guide you on the breath you are to use for the session. As she opens the session she sets & aligns energy to the intention for the session and affirms protection of your/her room & spaces. She will guide you through relaxation and then may begin to scan and balance your energy field - while continuing to guide you to relaxation. At some point she will not speak and will simply allow the incredible sound vibration of the crystalline gemstone bowls to lull you into even deeper spaces of rest as she continues her portion of internal seeing, balancing, opening and attuning your energy field. As the session winds down she will begin to bring you back into the present moment and will close the session. Depending on time she will either share with you directly information related to your chakra system or will send an audio recording and simple visual with information. . Truly you will experience a new state of harmony - the benefits of this attunement will remain and continue harmonizing you long beyond the session.

Cancellations require 24 hours or more notice
