• After registering, you'll receive an Intake Form via email. Please complete it within 1–3 days so we can confirm this is the right Journey for you at this time.

• Once your form is submitted, we’ll review it within 3 days and notify you if you're approved or if we have additional questions.

Refund Policy

• If you're not approved to attend, you’ll receive a full refund.

• Once you're approved, refunds are not available for cancellations or no-shows.

• You may transfer your spot to someone else, but they must be approved and able to complete onboarding at least 1 month prior to the retreat.
