Article 1: Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through the websites, programs, events, and services of Sundari LLC dba Sacred Temple Healing Arts. Any individual or organization placing an order via our secure online platform, by check, cash, or any other accepted form of payment is considered a “client.”

Article 1a: Age Requirements
We honor the maturity needed to engage in sacred transformational work.

Clients must be 16 years or older to purchase physical or digital products.
Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in services such as retreats, workshops, coaching, and ceremonial offerings.

We reserve the right to cancel any order or registration if it is discovered that the client does not meet the minimum age requirements.

Article 2: Orders
By placing an order with Sacred Temple Healing Arts, you confirm your full agreement with these general conditions of sale. All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Article 3: Pricing
Prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and may be adjusted at any time without notice.
The price applicable is the one in effect at the time your order is placed.
Taxes and applicable fees will be added where required by law.

Article 4: Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering unless a payment plan is arranged in advance.
We accept secure online payments via Stripe, credit card, debit card, and other designated processors.
Your payment data is encrypted and protected by third-party payment systems. Sacred Temple Healing Arts does not store your full credit card information.

We do not accept American Express at this time.

Article 5: Delivery (for Digital or Physical Goods)
Physical products (if applicable) are shipped to the address provided by the client. Sacred Temple Healing Arts is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
Digital products will be delivered via email or secure access link provided upon purchase.

For retreats or in-person services, logistical details will be emailed to the address provided during registration.

Article 6: Personal Data & Privacy
We deeply respect the sanctity of your personal information.
By registering or purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our messages.

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared without your explicit permission.

Article 7: Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our offerings are energetically and time-intensive, all sales are final unless stated otherwise in the specific service agreement or retreat terms.

Retreats and events may have separate terms outlined in their registration agreements, including cancellation windows, deposit forfeiture, and rescheduling options.

Article 8: Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
