The work is held within intentional containers to support Clarity, Safety, and energetic coherence.

Most Retreats and group Immersions are Women-Centered by Design, allowing for shared lodging, relational ease, and deep Embodied work.

Men are welcomed through Private Solo Immersions, Duets, or Self-Formed Groups who arrive together. Select Blended Group Experiences may also be offered by invitation or clear designation, when the container, lodging, and intention are aligned.

This structure allows each experience to be held with Respect, integrity, and care—supporting both the depth of the work and the wellbeing of all participants.

Sedona Immersions are most often held during fall, late winter and early spring, when the land supports vision, initiation, and threshold work. These windows are shaped by earth–sky alignments and are not offered year-round.

Mt. Shasta Immersion & other forest based Pathways are most often held in spring or early summer, when the land supports re-patterning, embodiment, and integration.

Costa Rica pathways are most often held between late winter and mid-summer, particularly from March through July, when the land supports vitality, nervous-system regulation, and embodied restoration. These immersions tend to emphasize water, breath, sound, and integration, and timing may vary by region and group configuration.

Peru Immersions work is typically held in the autumn months, aligned with ceremonial descent, ancestral listening, and deeper initiatory pathways. These immersions are offered selectively and often planned well in advance.

In some cases, private work may arise outside these windows by invitation, when alignment is clear.
