This work supports profound self-knowing and empowers you to shift your energy — and your life — from the inside out.

Before your session, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to share your intentions. During the session, we begin with conversation and intuitive assessment before moving into a deep energetic realignment — connecting through the chakras and the entire energy field.

After the session, you’ll receive a personalized audio recording with:
• A chakra-by-chakra energy assessment
• Insights on strengths and areas asking for attention
• Guidance and practices to continue harmonizing your field

These post-session recordings often feel like a “second mini session,” offering ongoing clarity and integration.
