Payment plans are available post initial deposit if needed/desired. Upon registration we will coordinate additional payments and timing with you.

Cancellation Policy:
- If after review of your initial intake questionnaire it is determined by STHA staff that this is not the right experience for you at this time we will refund your payment in full.
Otherwise:
- We do not offer refunds due to the prep work initiated at initial registration.
- We do offer change of dates with two weeks or more notice with no penalty
- We also offer an exchange for other services (energy balancing, breathwork, etc)
- If due to COVID diagnosis you are unable to attend we will happily credit you for a future weekend. Please see our COVID guidelines for more details.
- If you are not able to attend, switch dates or services, consider gifting your experience to another. Note: Each person must submit a completed questionnaire and receive approval. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
